Can you show in writing why you chose that supplier?
Most companies know their suppliers well — but that knowledge lives in a few people’s heads and cannot be shown in an audit. A scorecard turns it into a record, on one condition: the criteria and their weights must be defined BEFORE the scoring. A weight chosen afterwards is a weight chosen to explain the answer. The second condition is discussed even less: how much of the score actually rests on data. A high score on a half-empty scorecard misleads more than a low one. SenSight QMS shows both separately — the weighted score and its coverage.

In SenSight QMS: the supplier scorecard shows coverage next to the weighted score — how much of the total weight actually has data behind it.
