This Privacy Policy describes how SenSight, developed by Dropless Labs, handles your information.

1. How You Are Using SenSight

SenSight can be used in two ways, and where your data lives depends on which one applies to you:

App store / hosted version: The app connects to reg.dropless.com.au, a server operated by Dropless Labs. Your account details, uploaded datasets and analyses are stored on that server.
Your own installation (self-hosted): All data stays on the server you control. Dropless Labs has no access to it.

2. Data We Collect

In the hosted version we collect the following:

3. Data We Do Not Collect

Device location (GPS). The app does not request location permission.
Contacts, messages, call logs or health data.
Advertising identifiers. We use no third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
Card details. Payments are processed by Stripe; card data never reaches our servers.
We do not sell your data to anyone.

4. AI Features and Third-Party Processing

The AI report, AI chat and OCR features send data to an external AI provider. There are two different paths:

a) With your own key (BYOK): If you enter your own API key, requests are made with your key to the provider you choose (Anthropic, OpenAI, or your own endpoint). Your key is not stored on our servers and is used only for that request.
b) With the built-in key: If you have not supplied a key and the administrator has enabled this option, the request is sent through our server, using our key, to Anthropic (Claude API). In this case the contents of the dataset you submitted for analysis, or the photo you submitted for OCR, reach Anthropic.

In both cases:

Your data is used only to produce the output you asked for.
The provider does not use your data to train models (per Anthropic's commercial API terms).
We do not log the contents of these requests. Only metadata (timestamp, feature, model name) is retained for billing.
If you never use the AI features, your data is not sent to any third party.

5. API Keys

Any API keys you enter are passed through to the provider for that request only and are never stored server-side.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

SenSight uses browser local storage and session cookies to maintain your login state and save application preferences (language, dark mode, etc.). No tracking cookies are used.

7. Retention and Deletion

You can delete your datasets, snapshots and analysis outputs at any time.
To delete your account entirely: in the app go to Profile → Delete Account, or visit https://sensighttech.com/auth/account/delete to submit a request if you cannot sign in.
When an account is deleted, your profile, datasets, analyses, drafts and activity history are permanently removed. Invoices and usage records are retained for accounting obligations in anonymised form, with your name, email and IP address removed.
Shared team projects are preserved if other members remain, so their work is not lost; your ownership is removed.
System logs are retained for up to 12 months.

8. Children

SenSight is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date.
