What is different
It holds gates, not just forms
A quotation that has not been reviewed cannot be sent. A sample whose deviation has not been assessed cannot move on - and the person who caused the deviation cannot close it themselves. A change that has not been verified cannot be closed. These are the points an auditor actually asks about.
It explains, it does not judge
OEE has no built-in industry threshold; the comparison is to your own target and your own history. In the competency matrix you decide what "sufficient" means - if you do not, no comparison is made. The screen shows the arithmetic; the decision stays yours.
A correction never overwrites a result
A test result is not edited; a correction opens a new line and the old one stays visible. The audit trail is not a feature you switch on, it is how the records work.
It keeps the evidence, not the promise
The backup module does not take backups - it records the restore drill: when you last restored, and how long it took. That is the question that gets asked, and usually the one nobody can answer.
Optional: the measurement side
SenSight QMS can connect to SenSight, our industrial analytics product, so that measurement system analysis and regression run on the same data that produced the calibration record.
What it deliberately does not do
No accounting, stock or finance - that is your ERP's job. No production planning or MES. The customer and supplier records here are the light version and stay that way. A product that tries to be everything is trusted for nothing.
