Pareto Analysis (The 80/20 Rule)

Most problems come from just a few causes. A Pareto chart ranks causes from most to least frequent (bars) and draws a cumulative line (red).

Where the line crosses 80% is the key: the causes to the LEFT are your "vital few" — fix those and you eliminate most of the problem. The many small causes to the right can wait.

In SenSight the cause list can come from your evidence-note reasons (the reasons you tag on flagged rows) or from any category column in your data — so your day-to-day annotations turn into a prioritized action list automatically.

Try: Flag a few rows with reasons (✎ icon on rows) → open SPC tab → in the Pareto section pick "Evidence note reasons" as the source → run. See which reason dominates.
